Service Fee Information

My service fee is set at an hourly rate of $120. Charging for my time, rather than a specific service, allows me to be flexible during my sessions. I am able to offer the service actions I feel are appropriate for my patients and clients in the moment, ensuring total and complete care.

With an hourly rate of $120, my 1/2 hour sessions are priced at $60 while 1.5 hour sessions are priced at $180.

Cash, *Check, and Credit Cards are accepted for all services. Flex Spending Cards and Health Savings Cards may also be used for Acupuncture services.

Late Fee/Missed Appointment Fee:

Patients and Clients are required to notify Soul Garden Natural Wellness of cancellations no later than 24hrs prior to a scheduled appointment time.  Any cancellations received less than 24hrs in advance will be charged a $35 fee.

Patients and Clients cancelling 2 hours prior to their appointment, and those with missed appointments (no-shows), will be charged the full fee of the appointment scheduled.

Out of Network Insurance for Acupuncture

Soul Garden Natural Wellness is not currently partnered with insurance providers.  However, we are able to offer coded receipts, upon request, so that the patient may submit to their insurance agent for reimbursement.  Coverage of acupuncture services continues to grow, so we encourage you to talk to your provider to be clear on your benefits.
